This year LA Dance celebrates 35 years of bringing dance to Wellington at our Kelburn and Karori venues. We offer classes in ballet, jazz, tap and contemporary. We run our younger classes in a spirit of creativity and fun, while our older students go on to develop a sound technique for exams and stage productions.
We are proud to be the official location for the Ready Set Dance pre-school dance programme in Karori. Ready Set Dance is endorsed by early learning experts and focuses on developing the 3 C’s – Coordination, Creativity and Confidence!
Our aim is to give our students not just an appreciation of dance but to also learn life skills – humour, discipline, friendship and respect.
